How the system works:
loads the heater battery at the end of the driving cycle with coolant of max. temperature
stores the hot coolant during stand still time by efficient vacuum isolation
releases the stored hot coolant into the engine when started
System advantages:
Increased passenger comfort due to fast warm up of the heating system
Better indirect safety through faster de-iceing of the windshield
Emission reduction and lower fuel consumption due to shorter engine warm-up time
May be used in either gasoline or diesel engines
Even on short trips the system is always charged with maximum temperature reached
